Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AnimaTech OÜ ("AnimaTech", "we") handles personal data, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

What we collect and why

• Details you send through our forms on Facebook or Instagram: your name, email, phone number, business name, your current website or Instagram, and your answers to the form's questions. We use them to contact you about the free homepage draft you asked for, to make the draft and to tell you what the full website costs.
• Details you give us on this site, by WhatsApp or by email, for example your business name for the free visibility check: to answer your request and follow it up.
• If you become a client: what we need to deliver the service, invoice you and keep our accounts.
• Basic technical data (device, language, pages viewed): to keep the site working, and anonymous visit statistics from Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

Legal basis

Steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (the free draft or the free check), the contract itself once you are a client, our legitimate interest in answering and following up enquiries, and legal duties such as bookkeeping. We do not send newsletters or other marketing unless you have said yes to them.

Who we share it with

Meta Platforms Ireland (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), when you send us details there, our website host Vercel, and the providers we use for email, our customer records and payments. They process data only on our instructions. We never sell your data.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. When they do, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your details no later than 12 months after our last contact. Client data is kept while we work together and afterwards for as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, restrict how we use it, and object to its use, by emailing hello@animatech.pro. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or to the data protection authority where you live, for example IMY in Sweden or the AEPD in Spain.
