Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of animatech.pro and the services offered by AnimaTech OÜ (registry code 17290002, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia).

The free visibility check

The report is provided for information only, with no obligation. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, review count, or revenue outcome.

Our services

Reviews, Google presence, and website services are described on the site. The exact scope, price, and term of any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Free trial and billing

The Reviews and Grow plans start with 14 days free, and no card is needed. When we set it up with you, your 14 days start on the day you sign up through the link we send you; if you sign up on your own, they start that day. At the end of the trial, if you have added a card, the plan's price is charged automatically, then every month (or every year on yearly billing) until you cancel. If you haven't added a card, your account is paused and nothing is charged; it reopens as soon as you add one. Prices are per shop or office, in euros (in US dollars for visitors in the United States). The Grow founding price (first 50 shops) stays as long as your subscription continues. You can cancel any month by writing to hello@animatech.pro; there is no setup fee and no minimum term.

Ownership

Your Google Business Profile is always yours: you update it yourself with the tools in your login, and we check it every month. For website work, your domain and site files are yours once paid. Everything stays with you if you leave.

Liability

We provide the services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
